Our Goal

Our goal is to help you break free from the recurring patterns, self-doubt, and emotional pain that keep you stuck—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease. Many of my clients have spent years trying to “push through” their struggles—whether it’s perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma, anxiety, or burnout —but find themselves repeating the same cycles.

Together, the aim is to target the core of these issues and create lasting change, so therapy isn’t just another thing on your to-do list. Using evidence-based, body-focused approaches, I help shift you from being "Stuck On" (fight, flight, fawn) or "Stuck Off" (Freeze) into a state of balance and more coherence.

How We Work?

Everyone is unique. That’s why we begin by co-creating a plan that aligns with your specific goals.

🔹 Step 1: Intake Session & Goal Setting

Your first session is 1.5 hours, where we:

✔️ Discuss what’s bringing you to therapy

✔️ Identify the patterns you want to change

✔️ Set clear, personalized therapy goals

✔️ Develop a roadmap to track progress

🔹Step 2: Therapy Sessions

You choose the format that best fits your needs:

✔️Regular or Extended Therapy - Standard 60 or 90-minute sessions

✔️Intensive Therapy Programs and Packages – A powerful, accelerated approach for lasting change (see below for more details)

Before Your First Appointment

Once your first session is booked, you’ll receive initial paperwork to complete before your first session. It will be important to have this completed before your first sessions, so we can spend more time on creating your specific treatment plan and can shape your therapy goals.

📌 Your Initial Intake Session (1.5 hours):

This is where we set the foundation for your therapy journey. At the end of intake session, we can decide together the best approach moving forward—whether that’s regular therapy, extended sessions, or an intensive package. We want to make sure that this is right for you.

What is an Intensive Therapy Package? And why would I want this?

  • Is regular therapy just not cutting in anymore?

  • Do you feel like you run out of time in normal therapy sessions, and you're just not getting to the deeper stuff?

  • Are you ready for deeper healing and change?

  • Do you have 1-2 issues that you just want to work through quicker?

WHAT IS AN INTENSIVE?

Longer sessions: They are longer sessions that have more space for deeper work. (Generally for intensive packages I have allocated 3 hr sessions, but if you want something different, then please feel free to talk to me about this).

Accelerated Healing: You can work through goals more quickly, as it's not spread access several weeks or months.

HOW IT WORKS?

Pre-intensive assessment (Intake Session): A 90-min session focused on solidifying your goals for the intensive and addressing any concerns. We will outline and talk about past experiences, core beliefs and any internal dynamics that are impacting you.

Intensive Sessions: A 3 hour BSP/IFS therapy session scheduled for 1-3 days over a short period of time (depending on your goals, this could be 1-3 intensive sessions, and this is why it takes place over a single or multiple days). It can take place virtually or in person in Melbourne, VIC. It will be customised to your goals, and also includes a comprehensive workbook.

Post-intensive Follow-up: A 60 min follow up session focused on debriefing your experience, discussing insights and reflecting on any changes you've noticed. We will also establish next steps for your goals.

Regular or Extended Therapy Sessions

  • Following the intake session, you might decided that you would like more regular sessions.

  • You will have a choice of 60 or 90 minute sessions, which will provide a safe and supportive space to explore your unique challenges and aspirations, and work on your specific goals developed in your treatment plan.

  • Each session will support you to gain insights, develop strategies, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

Fees


Fees can vary depending on the services that you've chosen, as well as programs that you might be funded under (e.g. NDIS). Below is a summary of our standard fees that apply, however they will be discussed individually with each person at the beginning of therapy
